No more excuses as to 
why you are not exercising and eating right to get and stay healthy. You
 have to make time, if it’s just 20mins three days a week.  Try 
something like walking/running before work, walking on your lunch
 break around your office building, playing basketball on the weekend 
with the guys or your kids, taking that Zumba class you always wanted to
 try with your girlfriends. Don’t allow yourself to accept any more
