What exactly is Sleep Apnea and why is Shaq attacking it?
Sleep apnea is a chronic usually ongoing condition that disrupts your sleep because you experience one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep. This can move you from a deep sleep into a light sleep. When a person as sleep apnea they usually have breathing pauses that can last from just a few seconds to minutes and normally breathing starts again (with a loud snort or choking sound). This can cause the quality of your sleep to be poor, which makes you tired during the day. Sleep apnea is a leading cause of excessive daytime sleepiness. why you are not exercising and eating right to get and stay healthy. You
have to make time, if it’s just 20mins three days a week. Try
something like walking/running before work, walking on your lunch
break around your office building, playing basketball on the weekend
with the guys or your kids, taking that Zumba class you always wanted to
try with your girlfriends. Don’t allow yourself to accept any more
